Dr. Jason Gardner

Dr. Jason Gardner has spent the past 25 years as an educator in North Carolina. Beginning his career as an elementary teacher, he served as a principal for Mooresville Graded School District and as executive director of Elementary Education and chief academic officer for Rowan-Salisbury Schools. He returned to Mooresville Graded School District in 2022 to serve as superintendent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Concord University, a master’s degree in school administration from Appalachian State University and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Wingate University. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Wingate University, supporting the development of future educational leaders.
