Brian Biggs is a seasoned Realtor/Broker, dedicated community servant, and a distinguished member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 70 (Randolph County). Representative Biggs served as Vice-Chairman on the Randolph County Board of Education from 2014-2022 before being elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives. In his time at the legislature, he has served as a Chairman on the House Select Committee on Education Reform, Education K-12, and Appropriations – Education. In his capacity as a Representative, he has also served on the State Board of Education Task Force on Accountability for Public School Units, the Governor’s Advisory Council for Student Safety & Well-Being, and the Southern Regional Education Board.
