Evaluation of Vance Schools 1:1 Learning Initiative
The goal of this evaluation was to study Vance County’s “I3nnovate” project. This project was the one-to-one (1:1) learning initiative in Vance County high schools supported through a Golden Leaf Foundation grant. The overall evaluation focused on three major areas: a) school infrastructure needs, such as hardware/software and professional development requirements, b) teacher outcomes, such as level of technology integration in classroom teaching and technology skills, and c) student outcomes, including achievement and behaviors.
