2025-26 MSEN Program Application/Registration

FALL 2025-26 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!

  1. Please download and review all of the following documents on the MSEN program:
  2. Review the 2025-26 MSEN Calendar for any conflicts that you may have with our Saturday Academy.  Students are required to attend all Saturday sessions.
  3. We have changed our registration system. It is now through NC State University’s Reporter platform. Complete the online registration form, click here  ->MSEN Online Registration
  4. All permission forms are now available through Reporter. The forms will be completed and signed upon registration.
  5. You will need to submit your child’s 2024-25 final report card for middle school and 9th-grade students or a high school transcript for 10th – 12th-grade students. If you submit a PowerSchool report, please ensure that the report clearly displays the student’s name. If the student is a high school student, please ensure that the overall grade point average is also shown. For high school students, an unofficial high school transcript is acceptable.
  6. The registration deadline is September 19, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. No exceptions. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Parent Information & Orientation

All new parents are REQUIRED to attend ONE informational meeting.

Informational sessions will be held virtually through Zoom.

The dates and times for the information session will be available to you as you complete our online registration.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the meeting.

Please note that for each student, a non-refundable registration fee is required annually. For the 2025-26 school year, the registration fee is $170; for students on free/reduced lunch, the registration fee is $85. Scholarships are available upon request.

There are three other NC-MSEN Pre-College Program sites across North Carolina. Students may apply to the site that is closest to their home. For information about the programs and their registration and service areas, see:
