The Professional Learning and Leading Collaborative (PLLC) team are:
- former K-12 teachers and administrators,
- instructional designers,
- professional development facilitators,
- educational coaches,
- strategic planners,
- design thinkers and
- reflective practitioners.
The members of the PLLC Team believe there is power in lifelong learning; therefore, we work diligently to get to know and understand the challenges of our partners and clients so that we can strategically plan and design professional learning programs that best meets their needs. Through our customized support, we promote pedagogical shifts that engage educators at all levels to think deeply and reflect so they may become more efficient and effective teachers and leaders. We help to transform theory into practice by utilizing research-based, job-embedded models and instructional design approaches for professional development and educational coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development.
